Questions and offers

@Michael, a new condensing boiler was installed in 2023 and there is good attic insulation throughout, which accounts for the C1 BER. No solar panels yet, but the south-facing rear roof would suit them well.
Has planning permission ever been sought for the kitchen extension or any attic conversion?
@Laurine, the kitchen extension was completed before our ownership, but the documentation is available. We have not applied for an attic conversion.
Is parking permit-based on the street, and is it generally easy to get a space nearby?
@Peter, parking is permit-based. It can be busy in the evenings, but we usually find a space within a short walk.
Subject to survey and review of planning history. We love the location and character of the house.
Thanks Laurine. We are noting all offers publicly and will review after the next viewing block.
Mortgage approved. Flexible closing date and happy to proceed once survey is complete.
Thanks Peter. This is currently the strongest offer, and we will come back once the remaining viewings are complete.
