About e-state
Making Irish property sales clearer and less stressful.
e-state is being built to help buyers, sellers, and professionals manage offers, questions, documents, and sale progress in one place.
Why we built it
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest things most people will ever do, but the process often still depends on scattered emails, phone calls, private updates, and manual handovers.
e-state was started by Michael Grinnell, a software developer from Navan, after seeing first-hand how stressful and unclear the Irish property sales process can be.
The first version focuses on the highest-friction parts of the process: verified offers, listing questions, document sharing, and clearer sale updates.
What e-state focuses on
Verified offers
Buyers are verified before placing offers.
Open questions
Listing questions and answers stay visible in one place.
Sale workspace
Accepted offers move into a shared workspace for documents and updates.
Clear notifications
Users are notified when something needs attention.
What's next
e-state is still early. The current version is focused on making offers, questions, documents, and sale updates easier to follow. Over time, the goal is to build a fuller transaction workspace with better solicitor collaboration, guided timelines, and smarter document management.
