@Peter, the garden is west-facing and gets good afternoon and evening sun. It is partly overlooked from one side, but mature planting gives decent privacy.
Is there scope to convert the attic, or is it only suitable for storage?
@Noel, the attic is currently used for storage only. We haven't explored conversion, so a buyer would need their own advice on feasibility.
